Advertising Architecture for mobile apps and websites
Itaú needed to turn its mobile apps and websites into an effective sales machine. But first, we needed a cohesive framework of online sales to build upon. After a lot of research, we adopted the REAN framework and built our user journey maps based on mindsets. For each digital channel, we used interface blueprints to specify ads placement and, later, high fidelity prototypes to specify sizes, shapes and visual patterns.
