Product and Service Design Sprints
User experience shouldn’t be just a design issue. It should be the focus of the whole business. Our team of designers was often inquired about human centered design approaches by product managers. They wanted to understand how to create new products and services with the user in mind. In order to help them in a fast, collaborative way, we started facilitating design sprints, inspired by Google Ventures. After some iterations, we embraced the method and now running design sprints is part of our job description.
