The redesign of the best internet banking in Brazil was a big challenge. Besides demanding a complex systems integration, the extent of the content inventory was gigantic. We planned the design project with a good headcount of designers to help us, and provided them with information architecture guides, libraries and tools. A few periodic ceremonies for design critique were set and the whole group followed a shared schedule. In that way we managed to design, develop, test and iterate on a brand new internet banking experience.
